  • About the role

    Outline roles and responsibilities:

     

    The Talent Delivery Consultant will work as part of a team in support of one or more multiple projects. You will be working on a retained and exclusive basis, handling volume requirements and working at pace. The role will focus on the identification, engagement and assessment of candidates.  This will include:

    • Attending client briefing calls / meetings together with the Client Engagement Lead
    • Working with the Project Support team to produce candidate briefs and job advert content
    • Executing the candidate generation and attraction strategy to include screening advert response, identifying target firms and making approaches to suitable candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, and utilising other social media forums, CV databases and tools available
    • Conducting telephone pre-screens, competency based interviews and Skype / Facetime interviews
    • Updating the client weekly by producing accurate progress reports that include an up-to-date dashboard, relevant stats and market feedback, as well as contributing to update calls alongside the Client Engagement Lead
    • Making final selection of candidates for shortlist, writing candidate reports, and completing shortlist review calls, providing depth and weight to candidate submissions
    • Sharing feedback with both successful and unsuccessful candidates and ensuring candidates selected for interview are fully prepared and briefed
    • Collating and communicating candidate feedback post interview, closing out offers and working with the Project Support team on due diligence and on-boarding activities
    • Ensuring the candidate experience is managed at the highest level throughout in order to promote the brand of both the client organisation and BTS / Berwick Partners / Odgers

    About you

    Skills, experience and attributes:

     

    • Proven delivery consultant with a track record of filling high volumes of roles under pressure
    • Experienced in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter / similar search tools
    • Highly effective communications skills – written, verbal, listening and reasoning
    • Proactive and solution orientated – operates with credibility, agility and a positive attitude
    • Demonstrates initiative and is hungry for results, quality driven and tenacious – able to flex and adapt to changing priorities
    • Organised, methodical and able to plan – willing to put team and client priorities above own
    • Intellectually bright, curious, learns quickly and retains knowledge, demonstrates a willingness to learn from others

    Berwick Talent Solutions is the division of the Odgers Berndtson Group that delivers project and volume recruitment, market mapping and talent pipelining.

The team has grown to a staff of 15 people - a blend of permanent, FTC and interim / freelance resource - working globally.
