    Outline roles and responsibilities:


    Existing Projects:

    • Working closely with the project coordinator and delivery team to ensure client requirements are met on time and according to quality standards
    • Overseeing the delivery team work schedules across a high volume of roles and projects. Assessing pipeline of work, team capacity and allocation of roles in order to meet client requirements
    • Managing client relationships including:
      • Leading briefing calls for new roles, establishing rapport with line managers and HR, and ensuring effective interpretation of client requirements
      • Offering market insight and managing clients’ expectations around timescales and availability of candidates across a variety of sectors, functions, seniority levels and skill sets
      • Where necessary, supporting the delivery team in shortlist review calls, interview feedback calls and closing on offers
    • Creating project plans using MS Project GANT charts as required
    • Supporting the delivery team with live roles, demonstrating a keen understanding of a variety of briefs across a wide range of sectors, functions, seniority levels and geography
    • Checking the quality and accuracy of candidate briefs, job adverts, progress reports and candidate reports prior to client submission

    Business Development:

    • Working with the BD team to research and target likely users of the BTS proposition, seeing opportunities through to fruition
    • Networking internally to generate referral business
    • Developing relationships with clients (new and existing) through high level marketing calls, BD meetings, pitches and presentations

    About you

    Skills, experience and attributes:


    Previous experience of managing clients on volume recruitment campaigns, in the context of both winning and delivering work: 

    • A track record of filling a high volume of roles under pressure; able to multi-task and manage a pipeline of multiple projects and stakeholders at different stages
    • Previous experience of recruitment sales, ideally in the context of multiple projects
    • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and engaging qualitative proposals
    • Able to build credible relationships both in person and over the telephone
    • Intellectually bright, curious, learns quickly and retains knowledge, demonstrates a willingness to learn from others
    • Garners confidence from the rest of the team with the ability to influence and corral support
    • Operates with credibility, agility and a positive mindset
    • Organised, methodical and able to plan
    • Willing to put team and client priorities above own
    • Self-aware with the ability to self-manage

The team has grown to a staff of 15 people - a blend of permanent, FTC and interim / freelance resource - working globally.
