We provide a fully retained, managed recruitment solution (of multiple hires) to meet the expansion, M&A, relocation or change agendas of our clients. A ‘pop-up’ RPO solution for permanent hires.

We collaborate and work closely with Berwick Partners, Odgers Interim and Odgers Berndtson, benefiting from their brand and reputation.
We are a new brand in the Odgers family, launched to the external market in November 2017. We have experienced tremendous growth and success since our inception. Total sales are in excess of £2 million and there are new projects in the pipeline. The team has grown to a staff of 15 people - a blend of permanent, FTC and interim / freelance resource - working globally.
