  • About the role

    We are currently working with an international construction company - number one in the world in its specialist market - as it goes through an exciting digital transformation. As part of this process the company is setting up a Digital Lab/Tech Hub hiring a significant number of new team members, from digital architects to SAP specialists.


    Working in a fantastic location right next to Reading train station, the environment that has been created is reflective of the mission to be a key disruptor in the market place, with new technology and IT processes at the core of that journey.


    You will need to be highly organised and enjoy a fast paced role; in return you will be given significant autonomy and variety. In more detail:

    • Based on client site in central Reading (RG1 postcode)
    • FTC until 31 March 2019
    • Salary c.£30,000 pa
    • Working internally with the HR Project Coordinator to help maintain a consistent Candidate Experience
    • Co-ordinating interview schedules for internal and external candidates with the client's hiring managers
    • Sending out interview packs 
    • Arranging testing of candidates
    • Posting new jobs on social networks, working via Berwick Talent Solutions
    • Booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments
    • Greeting candidates and giving them a tour of the office space
    • Generating employment contracts, offer letters, reference checks
    • Putting together on-boarding materials, and arranging start date pre-employment set up with internal departments, e.g. IT, Facilities, etc

    About you


    • Previous experience in either recruitment coordination, project coordination or admin/PA experience in a fast paced environment
    • Previous experience with Google platform and ATS systems - Workday preferred
    • Comfortable communicating at all levels
