The practice is in growth mode and the UK team is playing a significant role in building the global practice. As part of this expansion, we are seeking to appoint a further team member at Principal level, who will make a vital contribution to all dimensions of this vision.
The Principal role profile
You will be strongly motivated to grow a business which is focused on making a difference and highly effective at business development. You will work in partnership with colleagues to develop, shape and realise leads across the firm, locally and globally.
Ideally you will bring a network and a track record of revenue generation. You will have a reputation for building trusted client relationships and the ability to build out services that the EAD team can offer.
It is essential that you have the personal credibility and technical ability to operate at a senior stakeholder level and deliver insightful assessments and impactful development solutions.
A values-orientated team player, you will work closely alongside Liz Stewart, Partner & Head of the EAD Practice, and will contribute to the growth of the practice and support the ongoing development of junior colleagues.
