Odgers Berndtson is currently embarking on a major Digital Transformation Programme which will migrate the company to a Salesforce Lightning Platform. You will assist in the discovery & requirements gathering, scope definition, together with implementation & deployment activities for the client software as well as Salesforce. You will be required to be proficient in all typical areas of Salesforce.com application configuration, testing, documentation and best practice.
This is a customer-facing role, and candidate must be able to communicate well with customers of varying technical abilities. You will require an ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical reality.
Working with the Delivery team to deliver ‘end to end’ customer implementation projects using Salesforce.com technical & Functional expertise to design, configure, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
