The Industrial Practice
The Industrial Practice in the UK supports start-ups, family owned and Private Equity backed businesses, as well as UK and overseas listed multinational companies.
Sectors addressed range from new markets in green energy and modular homes to utilities, real estate, building products, support services, logistics, rail, automotive, aerospace and defence technology companies. Key accounts include Jaguar Land Rover, Bombardier Transportation, QinetiQ and BAE Systems. Searches undertaken within the Practice include general management, technical, commercial and operational positions.
The Practice often works on a broad range of roles pivotal to the national interest at the public private interface, where government is a key stakeholder and has delivered prestige assignments pivotal to major (£multi-billion) infrastructure projects such as Crossrail and High Speed Two.
Research is fundamental to what we do. It is the backbone of each search assignment and is central to ensuring that we consistently deliver creative and diverse outcomes that provide tangible benefits to our clients.
